Shipping within Canada only.
We count our Business Day as Monday to Friday. Saturdays and Sundays are not counted as business/working days, nor are holidays.
Since all orders are shipped from Ridgeway, Ontario, no duty or brokerage fees will be incurred at any time.
Shipping Policy (Canada):
All orders are shipped from our Ontario, Canada location within 1-2 business days using Canada Post Standard Regular, Expedited, UPS Standard, ICS Courier, Canpar Express, Purolator, FedEx or GLS. depending on your selection during checkout. On occasion some orders may take up to 72 hours to be processed.
Once your order has been processed we will provide tracking information in an order complete email. Please make sure if you do not receive an email to check your spam/junk folder.
All orders with a value of over $100 will be shipped with insurance and will require a signature at time of delivery.
If an order is not shipping within the targeted 1-2 business days we will contact you via email to advise.
*If for any reason the address you have given us during the checkout process has any mistakes causing the package to be undeliverable “customer” will be responsible for all addition shipping fees.

We’re primarily an online retailer and ship daily but we do try to accommodate local pickup in the Ridgeway Ontario area. Please contact us for more information if you would like to schedule a pick-up.
