Q: Where do you ship from?

A: All orders are shipped from Ridgeway (Fort Erie) Ontario, Canada.


Q: How do I know that my information is secure?

Q: Will I pay tax?

A:Only if you live in Canada. All other areas are tax free..

Q: What methods of payment are accepted?

A: Money Order, Visa, MasterCard, PayPal and Interac Email Transfer are all acceptable methods of payment. If your Credit Card Company charges any International fee’s SMOKE-TRONICS is not liable.


Q: What method of shipping can I choose?

A: In Canada the selection is Canada Post Regular, Canada Post Expedited or UPS Standard. We do not ship outside Canada.


Q: Will I receive a confirmation email after purchase?

A: You will receive 2 emails per order. 1. Processing-when you place your order. 2. Shipped-Once your order has been shipped..

If you did not receive an email you might want to check your spam/junk folder.


Q: Can I track my package?

A: Depending on your location and shipping method selected a tracking number may be emailed to you with the third email (shipped). If you have received a tracking number your package can be easily tracked by going to  www.ups.com or www.canadapost.ca
