Returns

*Please message us to receive an RMA prior to shipping an item back.  All items returned prior to receiving an RMA will be returned to sender.

Please note that all returns must be received within 15 calendar days of RMA issuance. Upon receipt of the returned item, you will receive a refund for the amount of the purchased item minus (-) the original and return shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee on all items which are no longer in a sealed box. If you need to contact us regarding this matter, please quote your RMA number so that we may keep track of all relevant correspondence. Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons other than the seller’s error may incur a restocking fee of up to 50%.

*If for any reason a replacement item is to be shipped, a deposit will be required if it is to ship before the original is returned.

Warranty:

All products sold by SMOKE-TRONICS are warrantied by their manufacturer against material or construction defects for a limited time after purchase. This warranty information can be found on the product’s page on our sites or will be bundled with the product itself when ordered. The time span of the warranty will vary from manufacturer to manufacturer; as the original owner of a new product from SMOKE-TRONICS you can expect coverage ranging from months, years, or even lifetime of the product. In case of missing or damaged parts falling within the warranty period, please refer to your warranty documentation. In some cases you may be able to contact the manufacturer directly for expedited service or shipping.
