My boyfriend is still enjoying his playseat that I got him last Christmas and is loving his Butt Kicker just as much. | I don't usually take the time to comment after an on-line purchase, but this time deserves a word or two. I received a telephone confirmation call within an hour after placing the order (and this was on a Sunday!). The seat was shipped on Monday and I received it on Tuesday. Actually less than 48 hours from the time I placed the order. Service can not get any better. The PLAYSEAT is a top notch quality product from packaging, instructions and ease of assembly!
No worries about this company and their product line.

Received my PlaySeat this morning and aside from some mental errors on my part everything assembled seamlessly. The Revolution GT5 and slider along with the Buttkicker Kit are a great combination...I recommend it to anyone!

| Thanks once again for the fantastic customer service with my order. This is just another example of why I continue to do business with you. I received my Playseats Raceroom gaming chair and installed a fanatic wheel and G25 pedal set. Playseats certainly added a nice choice of red to the black gaming chair. It looks and feels great and matches the G25 pedals perfectly. I like the black tubing and after the install it is not an eyesore in the room. Well I’m off to rave, thanks again.
